More success for SBC members Lynda and Pam Havard (Annavah), Serena Parker & Graham Stevens (Serenaker) and David Craig (Davricard). At PAIGHNTON Championship Show held on 6th August BCC and BOB went to Ch Annavah Princess Tiana with RBCC going to Dufosee Julianna avec Annavah. DCC went to Ch Serenaker Armani with RDCC going to Davrcard Gaultier who was also BPIB. Ch Serenaker Elle’s Belles was BVIB. Beagles were judged by Marina White. Tiana went on to win HG2 judged by Jess Horswell.

BOURNEMOUTH Championship Show was held on Sat 12th August. Beagles were judged by Mr Martin Sanders. The BCC and BOB were taken back to Lincolnshire as the Havards’ Ch Annavah Princess Tiana repeated her Paignton success, also taking HG2 judged by Mrs R Barney. Christine Lewis went home to her Fallowfield kennels in Lancashire with the DCC courtesy of Fallowfield Vincent. This was Vincent’s second CC, having won his first just 5 weeks earlier.

The Serenaker beagles enjoyed a successful day at the WELSH KENNEL CLUB Championship Show on Sat 19th August with Ch S Armani winning DCC and BOB, Ch S Maid In America winning the BCC and Ch S Elle’s Belles winning BVIB.  Beagles were judged by Mrs Rachel Barney. RDCC was won by Fallowfield Vincent. Armani was went on to win HG4 judged by Mr Ken Andrew.

Christine Lewis’ Fallowfield Vincent didn’t have long to wait for his 3rd CC, 13 days to be precise and it was just under 7 weeks since his first! The show was DRIFFIELD Championship Show on 25th August and the judge was Steve Jepson. BCC and BOB went to the Havard’s Ch Annavah Princess Tiana with RBCC going to David Craig’s Annavah Belinda of Davricard. Parker & Steven’s Ch Serenaker Elle’s Belles was BVIB. Tiana went on to win another HG2 judged by Ms J Dove. 

The last show of the month was the NORTHERN & MIDLAND COUNTIES BEAGLE CLUB Championship held on 27th August and judged by Mrs Maureen Henningsson-Dundas.

The Havard’s Ch Annavah Princess Tiana won her 24th BCC and went on to be BIS. RBCC and RBIS was Hazel Deans’ Ch Gempeni Cornflower ShCEx. Marion Hunt and Jo Norris’ Ch Shercroft Apollo JW ShCM was BVIS. It was a first DCC for Samantha Goldberg’s junior Rossut Villein at Molesend. RDCC went to another junior, Claire Jones’ Clairdale Fusiler. BPD was David Craig’s Davricard Gaultier and BVB Susan Arden’s Madika Spot On JW ShCM AW(P) VW
